Friday Wrap Up

Hi, all. No, I haven't forgotten you! Mommy just hasn't been letting me on line to blog. Today it is cloudy and rainy and yucky and she's been napping (good Mommy) and watching movies (today, bad Mommy--because I haven't been blogging).

Wheelchair update: nothing so far.
Green paper update: Ow.
Mommy update: she's been pretty good. Really wants that chair, cause she made it around the whole WallyWorld on lots of pain last weekend. Think perimeter, not whole store. But she tried. Only sat once, I heard, and didn't fall. She has to go to WallyWorld for her insulins once a month. And of course, they doubled in price again.
Green paper update again: OWWWWW.
Memorial Weekend: other than WallyWorld, not much happening. She was reading a library book about a woofie who solves crime. Well, actually it was a lady chef (for animals) who solves crimes. Not a bad book. And it did have some kitties in it, too. Redeeming factor. Even though the Pampered Pets didn't solve anything they did get some awesome homemade food. "Lights, Action, Murder" and a cute little woofie in a chef's hat on the cover. We do like little woofies!
I did get my Chewy box. More foodies and more litter. Yea!
And Mommy won a book that she is going to read to me. Double yea!
Love ya,
QUINN

So glad to see an update from you. We were getting very concerned. Government wheels are not exactly round, so the ride is bumpy and it takes longer to travel on them. We hope your mom's wheelchair will come soon.

Take good care of her.

Sorry 'bout da wheelchair. It can sure take a long time. Mommy said we don't 'member ifin we suggested it befur or not, but you might check with da company dat makes your insulin. A lot of these drug comapnies have purrograms dat give you your medicines fur free ifin you qualify. We don't know how much money you make, but da purrograms are fairly lenient, so you might look them up online and see. Glad you got your Chewy box Quinn, me luvs da chewy boxes. MOL Sendin' purrayers.

Luv ya'

Thanks for the insulin suggestion. Mommy has been a diabetic for many years and has researched a lot of the drug companies. WallyWorld has the most inexpensive stuff without all the paperwork and qualification stuff. Which is why Mommy goes there. When she was unemployed several years ago she did get the free insulin from one of the drug companies for 6 months. That's an option.

In our area the local Lions Club helps provide wheel Chairs for those in need. Maybe you could contact them in your city. T.

Sure am hopin' your mum's wheelchair arrives in the immediate future. Being scared she might fall must be really big worry and if a wheelchair would help with that... Well I'm purring she gets that wheelchair very, very soon.
